Emerging Scholar Award
The Emerging Scholar Award is given to a scholar who has received his or her Ph.D. within the last five years and whose career to date demonstrates unusual promise. Letters of nomination for this award should be sent to the committee along with the candidate's most recent CV. Deadline for nominations: Nomination Deadline: March 31, 2022

The Leon Epstein Outstanding Book Award recognizes a book published in the last two calendar years (2020, 2021) that made an outstanding contribution to research and scholarship on political organizations and parties.

The POP Virginia Gray Graduate Student Research Grant honors distinguished scholar of American politics and mentor of many graduate students, Dr. Virginia Gray. The grant is for graduate student members of POP with research and teaching interests in political organizations and parties presenting their research at the APSA Annual Meeting.
