Annual Business Meeting

At the Annual Business Meeting members are invited to hear reports from the Officers of the Association, and to propose and discuss matters of importance to the Association. The next APSA Annual Business Meeting will be held at the APSA Annual Meeting in San Francisco on Thursday, September 10, 2020. More information about the meeting, including the agenda and reports to be presented, will become available as the meeting approaches.

2019 Annual Business Meeting

The 2019 Annual Business Meeting was held at the APSA Annual Meeting in Washington, DC on Thursday, August 29 at 12:00-1:30 p.m at the Marriott Wardman Park.

Rules and Procedures

For information about the rules and procedures of the Annual Business meeting, including procedures for introducing a resolution to send to Council, see the Rules for the Annual Business Meeting and the APSA bylaws. All resolutions to be considered at the Annual Business Meeting must be presented to the president and publicly announced at least 21 days prior to the meeting.

APSA Council Election

As stipulated in APSA’s bylaws the election for the 2019 APSA Council and officers was held via electronic ballot, and did not occur at the Annual Business Meeting as has happened in previous years. You can find  more information on the APSA elections here.
