The Mary Lepper Award Committee: The Mary Lepper Award honors a woman political scientist who has worked on behalf of women outside of the academy.

Nominations and APSA Liaison Committee: This committee nominates Caucus officers and Caucus members to APSA Committees.

The Alice Paul Award Committee: This group gives a monetary award to the best dissertation proposal by a woman Political Science graduate student. Proposals from any field of Political Science are eligible.

Membership Committee: This committee works to promote membership in the Women’s Caucus to Political Science faculty and graduate students.

Women’s Caucus Mentor Awards Committee: The Mentor Award recognizes excellent mentorship of women graduate students and junior faculty. The Committee publicizes a call for nominations and manages the awards process.

The Betty Glad Legal Defense Fund Committee: The committee reviews applications for assistance submitted to the Betty Glad Fund.

Members of the Women’s Caucus for Political Science who believe they have been victims of discriminatory conduct or conditions may apply for a small award from the Caucus’s Betty Glad Legal Defense Fund.

The Glad Fund makes awards of $500 for legal consultation. In deciding whether to fund the applicant, the committee will not judge the merits of the case.
