Sniderman, Hagendoorn, Cannetti-Nisim, Ariely, Halperin, and Cassese win 2008 Political Psychology Section Awards

This year at APSA, the organized section on Political Psychology will give its annual awards for Best Book, Best Paper and Best Dissertation.
The 2008 Robert E. Lane Best Book Award will be presented to Paul Sniderman (Stanford University) and Louk Hagendoorn (Utrecht University) for When Ways of Life Collide: Multiculturalism and Its Discontents in the Netherlands (Princeton University Press, 2007).
The 2008 Best Paper Award will be given to Daphna Canetti-Nisim, Gal Ariely, and Eran Halperin (University of Haifa) for “Life, Pocketbook, or Culture."
The 2008 Best Dissertation Award was awarded to Erin Cassese for “Culture Wars as Identity Politics,” which she wrote at SUNY-Stony Brook (Stanley Feldman, advisor).
