Viewing and Download Instructions:  The papers below are in Adobe Acrobat (pdf) format.  Free copies of Acrobat Reader for either Windows or Macintosh systems are available at the Adobe website.  For PC users, left-clicking on the links below will either download the file to your computer or load the file, depending on your setup; right-clicking on the file name will allow you to save the file to disk without viewing it immediately. For Macintosh users, click and hold down your mouse button to get the equivalent of the right-click options for PC users.
