John H. Aldrich, Duke University; Manuel Avalos, Arizona State University, West Campus; Judith A. Baer, Texas A&M University; Shirley M. Geiger, Savannah State University; John W. Harbeson, CUNY, City College; Marion E. Orr, Brown University; and Joanna Vecchiarelli Scott, Eastern Michigan University now complete their term on the Council as their replacements have been elected. Judith Baer, Manuel Avalos, and Rogers Smith comprised the APSA Elections Committee that certified the results, and Rebecca Myers served as APSA's election manager.
