This site is aimed at a large variety of mentoring audiences and offers many useful ideas for anyone giving or receiving mentoring. It includes great definitions of mentoring as well as advice for mentors and mentees on building the relationship. The toolkit can be found by clicking on "become a better mentor," then "learn to mentor," then "course introduction." The site has many other useful tidbits-though a little difficult to navigate--so it is advisable to look around the site

Gives tips and suggestions on creating and managing an effective mentoring program.
