The Best Graduate Student Paper Award sponsord by Lynne Rienner Publishers recognizes the best, sole-authored, conference paper written by a political science graduate student working in the area of information technology and politics. The competition is for the current year's papers (presented at a political science conference in the calendar year 2007).
