Advertising in the Annual Meeting Programs

Advertise in the APSA Annual Meeting Preliminary Program and Final Program and reach over 23,000 members of the political science field. Each program contains a comprehensive listing of all panels, plenary lectures, receptions, and business meetings. The Preliminary Program is published as a supplement to the July issue of PS: Political Science and Politics and is distributed to all individual and institutional APSA members. The Final Program is distributed on-site to all attendees.

The Programs are used extensively by the attendees in planning their Annual Meeting schedules. Preliminary Program circulation is 16,000+ and Final Program circulation is 7,000+.

Mechanical Requirements
Please send ads in a high-resolution PDF document with all fonts and images embedded.  All images contained within should be high-resolution.  Note that ads are printed on a grayscale. 

Payment
Preliminary Program advertisers will be invoiced in July.  Final Program advertisers will be invoiced in September. Payment is due in full 30 days after date of invoice.
