Program Division Chairs of the previous year's annual meeting are invited to submit one paper from their division as a nomination for the best paper of the annual meeting. Nominations should be submitted to the national office by December 1 of each year. 

Please note:  The nomination deadline for the Franklin Burdette / Pi Sigma Alpha Award has been extended to January 15, 2008.

  For the best articles published in the American Political Science Review and Perspectives on Politics during the previous calendar year. Three-member award committees select the best article from the previous year's volumes of the American Political Science Review and Perspectives on Politics.
