The LGBT Caucus of the APSA is accepting proposals for papers, panels, and roundtable discussions for the 2008 Annual Meeting. While the general conference theme is “Categories and the Politics of Global Inequalities” and papers on this theme are welcomed, proposals on ALL aspects of LGBT politics, political action, policy, and theory are invited. In line with the conference theme, papers and panels taking a comparative or international perspective are especially encouraged.

Paper proposals should include an abstract (300 words) and full contact details. Panel and roundtable proposals should include an overall abstract, an abstract or focus for each paper/presenter, and full contact details for each participant. The deadline for submitting all proposals is December 21, 2007 (note: this is slightly later than the deadline for submissions to APSA divisions).
