Call for Submissions: Ethics & International Affairs A Non-APSA Publication Website: www.ethicsandinternationalaffairs.org Ethics & International Affairs, a refereed quarterly publication of the Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs, is pleased to invite submissions for upcoming issues. The journal publishes original essays that integrate rigorous thinking about principles of ethics and justice into practical discussions of policy developments, global institutional arrangements, and the conduct of important international actors. The journal welcomes submissions related to the three themes of the Carnegie Council's work: Ethics, War, and Peace; Global Social Justice; and Religion in Politics. In 2008 we are particularly seeking submissions that address the following topics: 1. Multinational corporations as international actors and moral agents; 2. Ethics and the environment; 3. Immigration and citizenship; 4. Normative issues in post-conflict settings, including jus post bellum, transitional justice, and reconciliation. DEADLINE: Rolling RESPONSE TIME: 2-3 months Manuscripts should be approximately 7,000 to 8,000 words. Please consult the submissions guidelines via the journal website for further details. |
