Targeted International Membership (TIM)
Reduced Membership Rates for Academic Departments in Middle/Low Income Countries

Effective February 1, 2006 APSA's Targeted International Membership (TIM) will be extended to academic departments in middle- and low-income countries.*  Established as part of APSA's internationalization initiative, TIM provides the opportunity for overseas departments in eligible countries to become full members of the Association at a significantly reduced annual dues rate of $50 (U.S.) for up to three years.

Benefits of the departmental TIM program include access to online services; discounted publications; a subscription to the electronic and hardcopy version of PS: Political Science & Politics; copies of APSA publications such as the eHandbook for Department Chairs, faculty and department Directories, career publications, and the Report on the Survey of Departments; the eNewsletter for Chairs; and Departmental Review and Self-Study Guidelines.  In addition, member departments have access to a range of other resources and enrichment programs.
