Rules The Rules Committee reviews the Association's By-Laws and Rules of Procedure for governing the conduct of the annual business meeting and proposes revisions as they are deemed necessary. Three members are appointed after the election from among newly elected and continuing Council members. Term expiring August 31, 2008
