The Annual Meeting Placement Service helps candidates and employers make contact with each other in the months preceeding the meeting to arrange a scheduled interview at the upcoming APSA meeting.
At the Annual Meeting, APSA provides space and facilities for employers who have posted an eJobs listing to interview candidates at the Meeting.
The eJobs Annual Meeting Placement Interview Service attracts over 800 candidates and employers.

Candidates Use of the Placement Service is free to candidates who have pre-registered for the APSA Annual Meeting and have made contact prior to the meeting with employers to schedule an interview. You must be an APSA member to gain access to eJobs and to participate in the Placement Service.
The Placement signup feature has been activated. Candidates should post their resume online prior to the meeting and, when posting, indicate which days they will be available for interviews. You can signup as follows:
- Log on to your MyAPSA account using the
area at the top of this page and click the "eJobs" link.
- On the resume/CV form, check the Annual Meeting Placement Service box and indicate which days you will be available for interviews.
Employers The Placement Service works best when employers post their job listings on APSA eJobs, prior to the meeting and, when posting, indicate which days they will conduct interviews during the annual meeting. APSA Departmental Service Program members can participate in the Placement Service free of charge. Non-member employers are charged a fee of $75 in addition to the fee of posting the job listing. Employers should arrange interviews in advance of the meeting.
Employers can signup as follows:
- Logon to your DSPOnline account using the
area at the top of this page and & click the "eJobs" link.
- On the job posting form, check the Annual Meeting Placement Service box, and indicate which days you will be available for interviews.
When you sign up for the Placement Service, APSA will reserve a table for you. In the month before the meeting, APSA will contact you to confirm table reservations. Table space is limited and availability is not guaranteed, so please confirm arrangements as early as possible.
