Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual Political Science Caucus

Founded in 1987, the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual Political Science Caucus (LGBT Caucus) is the principal association of lesbians and gay men within the American Political Science Association and an important arena for the presentation of research on the interaction of sexual identity, theory and political behavior.

There are currently over 200 members of the caucus from the United States and Canada, as well as Australia and several nations of the European Union. All academically affiliated social scientists, practitioner political scientists, and graduate students interested in the goals of the caucus are welcome to join.
