It includes great definitions of mentoring as well as advice for mentors and mentees on building the relationship. The toolkit can be found by clicking on "become a better mentor," then "learn to mentor," then "course introduction." The National Mentoring Partnership also gives tips and suggestions on creating and managing an effective mentoring program.
