Home The Cato Institute Christopher Preble, cpreble@cato.org (The Cato Institute) John Samples, jsamples@cato.org (The Cato Institute) The Cato Institute, a related group of the APSA, will be organizing at least one panel/workshop/symposium for the 2012 American Political Science Association meeting. The Institute seeks to broaden the parameters of public policy debate to allow consideration of the traditional American principles of limited government, individual liberty, free markets and peace. Toward that goal, the Institute invites proposals for papers that address either foreign or domestic policy.
