National Institutes and Schools of Public Administration in Central and Eastern Europe (NISPAcee) is pleased to inform you about the forthcoming 17th NISPAcee Annual Conference, “State and Administration in a Changing World,” to be held 14- 16 May, 2009, in Budva, Montenegro, and organised in co-operation with the Government of the Republic of Montenegro, The Human Resources Management Authority.

Papers are invited for the Main Conference Theme, for the General Session, the Panel on Health Care, Reforms and Implementation or on the themes of the Working Groups announced for the conference.

Please be informed that the deadline for the "Applications with the Paper" - is September 30, 2008

Online application will be available on the NISPAcee web site: www.nispa.sk - from September 1st, 2008 Applicants should complete an application form on the NISPAcee web (all in English) and input an abstract of a paper (maximum two pages - 3600 characters and attach the CV file (maximum 2MB). .
