The Best Paper on Public Policy Award is given for the best paper on Public Policy given at the previous APSA Annual Meeting. Nominations should be received by February 15, 2010.

The Aaron Wildavsky Enduring Contribution Award is given for the best book or article published in the general area of public policy during the past twenty plus years. The book or article should have had a major impact on the field. Nominations should be received by February 15, 2010.

The Harold D. Lasswell Award is awarded annually by the American Political Science Association for the best dissertation in the field of public policy. It is co-sponsored by the Policy Studies Association and the Public Policy Section. This award carries a prize of 1,000. Dissertations must have been completed in the previous calendar year. Departments are requested to submit a letter of nomination and a copy of the dissertation to each award committee member, and a letter of nomination only to the APSA office by January 15, 2010. Please do not submit a copy of the dissertation to the APSA office.
