The Churchill Centre invites paper proposals for the 2008 APSA annual meeting. We are interested in scholarship in any area related to the life, thought, and writings of Winston S. Churchill. This year we particularly wish to encourage proposals for papers relating to Churchill’s exercise of executive power and to his views and actions as they affected the civil liberties of citizens.
