2008 Exhibit Booth Fees
Standard Booth: $1350
Premium Booth: $1655

Complete the entire Application and Contract and return it to APSA with the required payment. Please read the contract regulations carefully before signing. Booth assignment is based on a points system that gives priority to companies that have exhibited in previous years, purchased online booths, sponsored events during previous Annual Meetings and advertised in the Final Program. Phone requests will not be accepted.

DEADLINE: November 1, 2007
Applications received after the November 1 deadline will not be figured into the allocation system and will be assigned booths on a space-available basis.

Important Dates

November 1, 2007 - Deadline to be included in the Booth Allocation Process. After November 1, booths will be assigned on a space-available basis.

April 15, 2008 - Artwork due for advertising in the Preliminary Program

June 2008 - Exhibitor Service Kits mailed

July 2008 - July issue of PS features Preliminary Program

July 15, 2008 - Artwork due for advertising in the Final Program

August 27, 2008 - Exhibitor registration and booth set-up

August 28 - 31, 2008 - 104th APSA Annual Meeting & Exhibition
