The Society for Romanian Studies invites paper proposals for the 2008 annual meeting. While we welcome proposals that involve a single case study of Romania, we are particularly interested in papers that place Romania within a comparative or international context.

The deadline for submission is 17 December 2007. Proposals must provide the same contact information as required by the APSA divisions. Proposals should include a title and an abstract of no more than 500 words. The proposals may be sent either as an email attachment or hard copy to:
