2009 Exhibit Booth Fees

Standard Booth: $1,420
Premium Booth: $1,735
Small Island: $6,920
Large Island: $10,390

The 2009 Exhibition will be located at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The following will be provided with each booth:

One 10'x10' booth consisting of 8'-high back drapes and 3'-high side drapes
One standard 7" x 44" booth sign displaying exhibitor's name and booth number
General exhibit hall and booth cleaning
Six complimentary exhibitor badges per 10'x10' booth
The option to receive up to six guest passes to be distributed by exhibitors to clients for free admission to the Exhibition
One complimentary Final Program per 10'x10' booth
Description of all exhibiting companies listed in the Final Program
24 hour security service for the duration of the show

Please Note: Tables, chairs, and wastebaskets will not be provided. Exhibitors are required to purchase carpet for each booth space. Aisle carpet will be provided.

Exhibitor Service Kit
Freeman will serve as the official service contractor and customs agent for the 2009 APSA Annual Meeting and Exhibition. The official APSA Exhibitor Service Kit will be available online beginning in late spring 2009.
