Booth and Contractor Details

Each APSA Exhibit Includes:

One 10'x10' booth consisting of 8'-high back drapes and 3'-high side drapes
One standard 7" x 44" booth sign displaying exhibitor's name and booth number
General exhibit hall and booth cleaning
Six complimentary exhibitor badges per 10'x10' booth
The option to receive up to six guest passes to be distributed by exhibitors to clients for free admission to the hall
One complimentary Final Program per 10'x10' booth
Listing and link on APSA web site
24 hour security service for the duration of the show

Please Note: Tables, chairs, and wastebaskets will not be provided. Exhibitors are required to purchase carpet for each booth space. Aisle carpet will be provided.

Service Kit
Freeman Decorating will serve as the official service contractor and customs agent for the 2012 APSA Annual Meeting and Exhibition. The official APSA Exhibitor Service Kit will be available soon.
