Advertisers who do not make the consecutive insertions upon which their billing is based will be invoiced for the missing insertions. Contracts extending over more than one calendar year will be billed at the contract rate in effect during each calendar year. Interested? Contact the advertising manager Agency Discount APSA allows 15% of gross billing to recognized advertising agencies. In-house advertising departments are not eligible for the discount. Agency insertions orders on behalf of the advertiser must be received by closing dates in order to receive the agency discount. Agency discount may not be offered in conjunction with promotional or other special discounts. Payment Payment in full is due 30 days from the date of invoice.
