The Annual Meeting Review Committee solicited and reviewed over 300 comments from the membership, and reviewed both a survey of attendees at the 2006 Annual Meeting and a survey of non-attendees at the 2006 Annual Meeting, in its review of the Annual Meeting practices and procedures.  Additionally, the following information was considered:
