The George Washington University

Printer-friendly format

George Washington University's Elliott School of International Affairs welcomes applications for visiting scholars at the pre-doctoral, post-doctoral, or senior scholar level for short or long stays at any of our six research centers and institutes. Visiting scholars are able to draw on the many assets of The George Washington University as well as Washington, DC. These include the Library of Congress, the National Archives, and the National Security Archives; numerous academic, governmental, and private institutional collections; U.S. government agencies; and international institutions, such as the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund.

Our centers and institutes include:

Center for International Science and Technology Policy (CISTP):
CISTP is a world leader in international public policy research and education in science, technology, and innovation. CISTP also houses the Space Policy Institute (SPI), which concentrates its research and instruction on issues related to the U.S. and global space programs.
