Johnson Begins Term as Editor; Isaac Named Book Review Editor

Jim Johnson, Editor, Perspectives on Politics

Jim Johnson, University of Rochester has begun a term as editor of the APSA journal Perspectives on Politics.  A political theorist, Jim Johnson is author or co-author of numerous papers in books and refereed journals. He served on the faculty at Northwestern University prior to joining the University of Rochester department of political science in 1991. He was visiting scholar at the Russell Sage Foundation (2002-2003) and recently was awarded a Goergen Award for Distinguished Achievement and Artistry in Undergraduate Teaching (2003) by the University of Rochester.  Johnson has served on the editorial board of the American Journal of Political Science and is currently on the editorial board of the American Political Science Review. He also currently is co-editor of the Journal of Theoretical Politics and assistant editor of Common Knowledge, an interdisciplinary journal of social science and the humanities.
